Actiontrax.pl is an information site operated by Szekla4x4.pl Damian Łaga — the authorised ActionTrax distributor for Poland, working with the manufacturer's permission to use brand materials. Sales run through the Szekla4x4.pl shop.
What authorised distribution means
A direct relationship with the manufacturer in the United States: orders straight from them, access to documentation and brand materials, and above all warranty handling carried out in Poland. ActionTrax gives a lifetime warranty on defects — but a warranty is worth exactly as much as the route you have to take to use it. With an authorised distributor that route ends in Warsaw.
Why importing yourself rarely pays
Boards are an oversized parcel — 113 cm long and over 7 kilos per set. On top of the list price come transatlantic shipping for that parcel, duty, VAT on the full value including transport, and customs handling. In practice the difference tends to eat the whole saving, and the question of what to do about a warranty claim is still open.

Szekla4x4.pl is an online shop, a physical store and a specialist 4x4 workshop in Warsaw. Besides ActionTrax we also distribute Metalcloak and are an authorised dealer for WARN and OSRAM. Recovery boards are rarely bought in isolation — more often alongside an expedition build or a complete self-recovery kit.
